Guest author and artist Sundays are back for the summer at Studio Moonfall!

Starting tomorrow, we’re kicking off a 12-week series of events at the shop every Sunday from 10am to 2pm. We have all sorts of local creators on their way and I can’t wait to show you the ways they’re putting their creativity to work. Maybe it’ll even inspire you to make your own thing that I can feature at Studio Moonfall!

Each weekend, we’ll also have Hydn Cheese making up grilled cheese snacks for your belly. The Sunshine Jo is the greatest sandwich ever. You shouldn’t even wait for the events at the shop. Just find them wherever they are and GET THAT SANDWICH!!!

We also have the Moonfall Minions helping out and selling their own work every weekend. Come meet Jill Z, Lissa B, Olivia the Intern, and Kaitlyn the Poet.

When you visit, pick up your Artist Alley Stamp Card. For each event you come to, you’ll get a stamp. Collect five stamps to be eligible for the prize drawing. You’ll receive an extra entry for each stamp you collect past the first five.

Stop by Studio Moonfall this month to enter the drawing for the June Bug Jamboree.

There’ll be four grand prize winners but the real reward is the bugs we ate along the way.

M.P. McDonald lives in southeastern Wisconsin. When not writing, favorite pastimes are swimming, reading, and watching baseball and football.

Always fascinated with post-apocalyptic books and movies, M.P. created a virus in 2016 that shares some scary similarities with the pandemic. It’s airborne and those infected still want to socialize because they don’t feel sick, at first.

Heavy Metal and Horror!

Jessie Rose is a writer and editor at The Beautiful Wild Magazine and co-founder of Love Letters To Russia, a project to inspire Russian LGBTQ youth. She grew up in the Deep South, hiding in her room with the stereo on, blasting through Iron Maiden and Nirvana songs. She spent late nights drawing and writing bad poetry and dreaming of escaping Appalachia for the big city. She currently resides in Chicago, near a great f*n lake.
