Join us July 10th from 10am to 2pm for the Moonfall Market!
This week, we’re jumping into the deep end of self-publishing with author Luke Morris and guest publisher, Dire Need Zine.
Luke Morris is the author of Hello, Halloween (which I illustrated), along with all sorts of other good stuff. Here’s his bio!
When he’s not writing weird fiction, Luke J. Morris teaches high school English and Creative Writing, trains Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, reads comic books and horror novels, and spends time with his wife, five kids, and two cats. He holds a B.A. in Philosophy, an M.A. in Creative Writing, and a black belt in JKD/MMA, which makes him feel undeservedly special. A native of cold Chicago, he now lives in the blistering heat of Phoenix, Arizona. See his weird work at lukejmorris.com
Dire Need Zine inspires to create a platform showcasing underground artworks, poetry, and music to those in the Midwest region. Check out their work at https://www.facebook.com/direneedzine
