Join us August 21st from 10am to 2pm with Author D. Lieber and Artist Scaley the Dino!
D. Lieber is an urban fantasy, sci-fi, and romance author with a wanderlust that would make a butterfly envious. When she isn’t planning her next physical adventure, she’s recklessly jumping from one fictional world to another. Her love of reading led her to earn a Bachelor’s in English from Wright State University.
Beyond her skeptic and slightly pessimistic mind, Lieber wants to believe. She has been many places—from Canada to England, France to Italy, Germany to Russia—believing that a better world comes from putting a face on “other.” She is a romantic idealist at heart, always fighting to keep her feet on the ground and her head in the clouds.
D. Lieber lives in Wisconsin with her husband (John) and cats (Yin and Nox). Learn more at https://www.dlieber.com
Scaley the Dino is an up and coming artist cranking out creature after creature on Instagram.
Join us August 14th from 10am to 2pm with Author T.R. Nickel and Artist Luke Daab!
T R Nickel is more known by her family and friends for her intense imagination and desire to make others smile. Since a young child, living in the state of cheese, she has been fascinated with books and the craziness that goes into creating something so magical. Starting off with writing poems that she would jot down into a tiny bright yellow memo pad, grew an intense passion to create and fill a world with her own craziness.
Come out to celebrate her brand new book, Apparatus from Aruna!

Join us August 7th from 10am to 2pm with Author Aliyah Jackson and Artist Jason Hedman
Planting Gardens on the Moon is the first full length poetry collection by Aliyah Jackson. It centers around themes of depression, isolation, and the uncertainties behind the refuge in religion, spirituality and interpersonal relationships.
In Planting Gardens on the Moon, Aliyah Jackson tills the fertile soil of her experiences, her fears, and the quiet that eludes her mind to expose it to the light. With no words wasted, each poem is like its own vignette where you are sure to find the details of your own journey.

And here’s from our guest artist, Jason Hedman:
All my life I have been driven to create – whether it be a painting, a song, a podcast, a good meal – I live to create. Currently I am working with acrylics on canvas which I then have affordable prints made (starting at just $5). My recent work can best be described as sometimes classical, sometimes modern, sometimes childish, sometimes offensive, sometimes thought provoking, sometimes nostalgic and fun, and sometimes filthy. But at least never boring.

Join us July 24th from 10am to 2pm with local fantasy author Bradley Beaulieu (12pm-2pm) and Inthreadable Designs!
Bradley P. Beaulieu began writing his first fantasy novel in college, but in the way of these things, it was set aside as life intervened. As time went on, though, Brad realized that his love of writing and telling tales wasn’t going to just slink quietly into the night. The drive to write came back full force in the early 2000s, at which point Brad dedicated himself to the craft, writing several novels and learning under the guidance of writers like Nancy Kress, Joe Haldeman, Tim Powers, Holly Black, Michael Swanwick, Kij Johnson, and many more.
Brad and his novels have garnered many accolades and most anticipated lists, including two Hotties–the Debut of the Year and Best New Voice–on Pat’s Fantasy Hotlist, a Gemmell Morningstar Award nomination for The Winds of Khalakovo and more.
Inthreadable Designs is back to Studio Moonfall with all sorts of new crafty creations! Check out all the new things she’s working on at https://www.facebook.com/SimplyInthreadable

This week, we’vre hijacking talent from Milwaukee and getting a taste of Tea’s Weird Week with Tea Krulos along with artist David Beyer.
Tea Krulos is a freelance journalist and author from Milwaukee, WI. Some of his favorite subjects to explore include subcultures and social movements, weird news, the paranormal, and strange personalities. He also writes about local art and entertainment, lifestyle, and food/drink for publications like Milwaukee Magazine, Shepherd Express, and Milwaukee Record. His five non-fiction books are American Madness, Wisconsin Legends & Lore, Apocalypse Any Day Now, Monster Hunters, and Heroes in the Night. He’s also been published in magazines like Fortean Times and Scandinavian Traveler and writes a weekly column called “Tea’s Weird Week” at teakrulos.com.
Krulos was awarded a Gold Milwaukee Press Club Excellence in Journalism Award in 2021 in the “short hard news feature” category for an article he wrote for Milwaukee Magazine on “citizen journalists” titled “Reporting Live From the Street.” His book American Madness won the National Indie Excellence Book Award in the “Current Events” category. His book Monster Hunters was a finalist in the 2015 Midwest Book Awards.
And dropping in from the midwest’s comic cons, we’ve got David Beyer! I’d say more but couldn’t find a bio to steal from the internet 😀
