A Month for Indie Bookstores
Leading up to Chapter One of the Kenosha Book Festival on Sunday, April 26th, we’ve got all sorts of cool indie bookstore stuff going on. Come on out and get reading!
Stop by the shop and pick up your Indie Bookstore Passport, or click here for a printable version. We’ve got 17 bookshops to visit this month. The more you visit, the more chances you get for prizes. But also, you get a good excuse to visit 17 bookstores this month!
On Saturday, April 25th, we have the official Independent Bookstore Day. Come by Studio Moonfall for all sorts of extra stuff going on like:
- The LibroFM Golden Ticket – win a year of free audiobooks
- Blind Date with a Book Sale – save 20% on books you’re willing to take a risk on
- Kenosha Book Festival Sneak Peek – stacked discounts on books from a bunch of authors who will be featured at this year’s festivals
- Color of Kenosha coloring contest kick off – We’ll be doing monthly coloring contests to celebrate the 2026 edition of the Color of Kenosha
